did a fast serch and could not find the info i was looking for...can a det rod fit in a de block?

i want to say that DE rods ARE DET rods.

from se-r.net and mike kojima: "The same bottom end of our US model SR20DE also is used for the turbo SR20DET so we have a lot of headspace before we start to challenge the strength of the bottom end."

I know the gti-r rods are bigger.

I say yes,and if anything I would put in DET pistons in it before I instal just tha DET rods IMO

SPDRACERUT>> the det rods are way beefier then the de rods, I had a set of de rods against a set of det rods and you can see the difference.

TREDEE>> I think he wants the beefier rods for his motor and wants to keep the 9.5:1 comp for more response.
