Might help to go through the "set timing/idle speed" procedures and set them to the values expected by the 99 ECU.
ECU Swap
Just swapped in an ecu from a ‘99 infiniti g20 into my ‘96 SE-R. Got a check engine light for a few sensors and idles a bit low, close enough to stall. Should i be concerned? How can i fix this? Or should i just ignore it. Drives fine and its a bit more responsive.
