Check the voltage in the system. I had one alternator that was putting out over 16 volts and it was making the relays under the dash click and buzz. Checking the system voltage will show a lot of issues. You can use a voltmeter either in the cigarette lighter or across the battery. You should get around 14v with the car running, no more than 14.5 and not much less than 13.5.
