Ummmmm.....ouch? That's the only one that looks like that? Kinda weird. Either the reach is too long or somebody dropped it when they put it in. Seems like is the reach was too long it would have gotten them all.

that plug looks awfully oily for a plug that was just put in....have you checked your compression lately? maybe you have leaks somewhere
