before you throw away your engine--make sure that the compression tester was seated all the way down, and that the o-ring wasn't squeezed out--it can allow enough leakage to throw some numbers like that. Usually two oddball cylinders don't just start wearing for no reason, and I've never heard of an sr20 with bad valve guides...that's just me though.
