Well, my U13 is finally home. I got it up on the engine stand this evening. The motor is real clean and the only issue with it that I see as of right now is a dented lower oil pan which I will have to bang back out. Now on with the pics.........

And here is the unsuspecting recipient...........

I'm getting restless now..............

glad to see things are going smoothly. working on cars slowly and correctly the first time is the way to go. :biggthump
I'm a big believer in that, and it's killing the side of me that just wants to boost NOW!!!!!!!

Yeah, the EMS is a ton of loot, but for turbocharged cars it's got so many kick-ass features. When do you anticipate doing your swap? What all are you doing before you swap the motor in?
I'm in the military and going to italy for 6 months (june-dec.)......purchasing the swap from a friends business (also the owner of the accord forum im on), for ~$2200 shipped for a BB front clip :biggthump I'm prolly getting my kerosene heater over to my friends house and doing the swap there in december (it gets cold as **** in maine), since he has a bigger garage. I'm going to take the head off first while the motor is out and double check EVERYTHING on it. I may get some mild head work done, might not. I was toying with the idea of getting a potato, too, and putting it on before the motor goes in....still reading up on that though, may just keep the t25. My goal is a 13.xx timeslip..........not sure what to expect on just the swap alone + 3" DP/exhaust, FMIC, JWT ecu (more than likely going with that), etc. I think it's feasible though. Not sure how much PSI the t25 puts out in stock form, and if the injectors/JWT ecu will supply enough fuel but i will probably run around 11-12psi and see what the dyno says  Still have some reading up to do since im new to the sr20's/nissan world. It was time to get rid of the boosted 4 door accord as much as i hated to, and the sentra was a winter beater at first, but i'm picking up a $2000-$3000 car for that duty :D Meh, boost owns me, i love it :) sorry for the rant/semi-hijack, but damn working 930pm-7am is boring :( *gets back to reading up on the det swap* :biggthump

13's should be easy if you run 11-12psi with the other things mentioned. As far as the T25 goes, it's pretty much at max efficiency around 12psi. The stock wastegate allows 7psi. The stock Bluebird 370cc injectors will handle 12 psi with a T25 and the JWT ecu will support whatever you need it to. You will absolutely want to get a higher capacity fuel pump though as the stock one will not be sufficient. As you research the SR20 further, you will find it to be an impressively capable engine--I'm hooked on them and have been for about seven years now!

Anyhow, thanks for sharing your swap ambitions. Best of luck with whatever you decide to do. :biggthump
Yeah, just did some reading (work is ****ing boring right now...), I'm going to run 11-12psi on the T25. Trying to find the correct ECU on JWT's website right now, lol, so damn many of them for SR20's on there it's not even funny.....i think i'd be better off calling them :p Already starting to gather parts, getting an SE-R gauge cluster off a forum member, more than likely going with a johnnyracecar (tyrus) 6" intercooler. Not sure on a boost controller yet, read up on the greddy profec B-spec.....thing is ****ing confusing and have heard some good things and some not so good things about it. I may just get a good ol' MBC like i had on the honda accord (homemade from parts at sears :D ). Thanks for the info on the fuel pump, I was under the assumption it would be sufficient (my stock honda accord pump was when i boosted that)!! Hell, might as well order a walboro unit right now :) Good luck with your swap man, let me know how yours turns out, and any helpful hints for the install!!

As far as the JWT ecu goes, just call them up and let them know what your configuration is (i.e. fuel pressure, injector size, MAFS, etc.) and they'll program the ecu to your config. And yes, DEFINITELY upgrade the fuel pump unless you like fried pistons :eek2:
i haven't clocked mine at 11psi.. but it feels like a 13 second car. i just need lsd and some grippy tires and hope i can hit some good times.

My custom intercooler plumbing that I had crudinyourface make came in today. It looks very nice, he did a great job on it. Whenever I get some extra cash, I'm going to take it to get powdercoated. Pictured with it is the bar and plate intercooler that I purchased off of eBay a while back. All I need now is some couplers and the intercooler kit will be complete.

Make that 3! Gimme a holla sometime in the next few days while you're at work or whatever. I gotta get that turbo timer installed and we'll BBQ/drink some brews and what not.
Everything looks like its coming along great, keep up the good work.

Steve-O: For what its worth, with a T25 on my Avenir DET on 370cc injectors, FMIC, and a few other goodies I was able to put down about 220whp and run a [email protected] That trap is good enough for mid to low 13s if I knew how to drive my car or had slicks. I think you are spot-on for a 13.xx timeslip.

Thanks. I wouldn't say that my motor was in any way f*cked, I just had to pull it apart as precaution when I saw that water had gotten into the intake ports. I'm actually quite pleased with it, it's very clean.
