FS: B14 honeycomb-style grille, NEW

is this the kind that separates the honeycomb from the "frame" or is it all one piece?

as far as i know, it's all one piece. i can check tonight and take a pic too if you like.

lol i kno ....... but i heard there was an online store that had all oem paints in like aerosol cans.....i only need enough for the grill...and dont wanna pay out my arse to get it painted

there's a few sites that sell OEM colors in spray cans. here's two i just found through a quick search.

you can also try dupli-color... seems to be cheaper. autobarn sells dupli-color.

the honeycomb section is not detachable.

Dude....have you test fitted it? That looks like the same one I got off ebay that doesnt fit. I didnt even check it, painted it myself, go out to put it on, and it was too damn small. Looked perfect to me, but when I actually got out there, it did not fit--wasnt even close.

i have not tried it. i will test-fit it on my 97 and report back here.

Yeah just trying to let you know--I painted mine and everything before I found out. I am currently in the process of trying to get one that fits from the guy. Hopefully I just got a bad one.

Not hijack your thread here, but does anyone have a 99 grille they would want to trade for my honeycomb 98 style?

well i just took some measurements and the grille is the same length as the OEM grille on my 97... at 27.5" long at the widest point.

Yeah, I just looked again, it was the right size. The top clips line up with the holes, but the bottom clips do not.
