I've read several times in threads about someone pulling the vac line on the stock fpr. What is the purpose of this? Does it force it to run at max pressure continously?

Also, has anyone used the E3 spark plugs for turbo applications? I've heard good reports when used on other engines, but none for a turbo sr20.
