sup y'all, has anyone ever tried bullfrog cams by gude in their cars yet? i'm wondering how they run?

They are regrinds on your cams and are a waste of money.

ya, they suck, there is a guy around here who has them and he had to replace the majority of his valvetrain b/c they screwed it up so bad. jwt/jun/tomei is the only way to go imho.

Since we're on the topic of cams, has anyone ever heard of Snyder (spelling?) Cams? Are they any good. TIA

Same deal. They are regrinds and are more trouble than they are worth. We have to many good cams available to us to piss around with these crap cams. Jun offers 3 different grinds, JWT 5 different grinds with some interchangability amung the grinds, Tomie: not sure how many but lots of different grinds, Toda Racing atleast 9 different grinds. Not to mention Piper and HKS that just don't import cams to the US. As you can see lots to choose from so don't bother with regrinds.

There are a number of companies doing regrinds its impossible to keep them all straight Gude, web, Snyder etc. A regrind is taking your factory cam or a core someone else returned and grinding a new profile onto it. it ruins the base circle and does not act correct on the rest of the valvetrain.
