·I drive a SR-20DE B-15, sadly I was involved in a heavy front left end collision and I pretty much totaled my front end. They put on a new sub-frame, lower arm, strut, anti-roll bar, etc etc...the whole works...anyways, the odo was at around 1500 when I crashed it.
The odo is now at around 4300 and about a day ago it started making this weird squeak. Its not a constant squeal, but more of a mouse squeak, short, fast, suttle.
This squeak would only happen at certain conditions and when it does happend, it happends at the same "location" of the car (Front Left).
The conditions are...
1. Brake induced front end dive would cause it.
2. When my car bounces back from a complete stop.
3. Moderate acceleration (car "bouncing" upwards)
4. Going over some bumps.
4. When the car shifts itself (auto) from 2nd to 3rd.
The last one seems weird. But I think its safe to rule out a tranny problem since I did test drives in first, second, OD off and OD on and conditions 1, 2, and 3 can still be replicated so I am leaning more torwards driveline problems.
What's your take on this guys
Thanks a lot
