Hotshot G3 Header Price?

Hey Guys,
I was just wondering what a reasonable price for a third generation HS header is? It's a few months old and looks like it's in great shape.
A friend of mine is selling it, and I don't know what to offer him.

Also, was wondering if there was any reason not to buy the third gen. HS header and get the newest 4th generation one?
Are there significant improvements?
