I noticed that this forum doesn't seem to enable us to "upload" the pic file directly from our PC. I tried to look for it but I dont see it.. this function is not availble yet here?

That function would severely drain the resources on the server that this board is hosted on. Not many UBB's let you upload your pictures to the site itself.
