I had to put in a new clutch because I broke the springs in the disc...I had a "Visun" disc and pressure plate in the car and replaced it with a OEM clutch kit....the Visun had better feel then OEM and felt like it grabbed a little better....

I'd like to get a new pressure plate even though my clutch only has 200 miles on it..

There was a night-and-day difference when I did mine. My old clutch was not only slipping, it was very hard to engage/disengage it (pedal feel was just rough). At first I thought it may have been the clutch cable, but replacing the cable did nothing to the pedal feel. However, when I put the new clutch in and put my foot on the pedal, it felt like I the softest thing in the world! So yea, it was a BIG difference for me. :)
