How to improve/upgrade your T25?

Anybody know anything about upgrading a T25 to a T28 or anything like that? I've never touched one and haven't seen real close up pictures so I have no idea how you swap different spinny things or housings. I have got the info from the SE-R list archives on the specific stuff I would want to upgrade to as far as the turbines, compressors, and housings, but as far as actually DOING it, anybody have a clue? Or any resources where I could find out?

Also how to port one a little bit yourself? Odds are I'm going to have an incomplete kit for a while so might as well work on making it better in the meantime if I can.

I am pretty sure it has a diffrent flange, but can be modified to fit. (to a t28) they are both pretty small turbos, so fitament should not be a problem. it it is, nissan motorsports sells a t28 manifold. I think it retails around 300 bux. I will trade you your t25 for a hair dryer though

also, porting is not that hard if you know what you are doing and have the right tools, so..............

damn, how did that post twice? oh well, another though on how to improve it, put it on a super black 98 se-r that previously had nos
