Yes but why would it take over 2 months to snap the cam if it wasn't torqued properly tooken to 8k daily ....and it snaps driving at 2.5k? I hope notSR20loper said:Well I was on my way to a super bowl party and my car dies like a block from there so I coast to the guys house. I pop the hood and don't see anything and am wondering why it sounds like it has no compression I didn't get on it once. Well later that night I get to taking it apart like checking for spark and it has none. So I undo the distribitor from the head and its all intact. then I put the flash light on the camshaft the exhaust side....And WOW the camshaft does not move....either some how I snapped my timing chain at 2500 driving or the sprocket came off on that one cam...I really don't here anything dangling...Maybe my cam broke something what the ****
I'll find out tomorrow and keep you guys posted these were Tomei 270's and 12.5 lift by the way and also a turbo G20 thanks guys
Are you crazy? Only JB weld will work :tongue:CapoDiTuttiCapi said:Couldn't you just Krazy Glue the cam back together?![]()
