I have questions....

If you find the thread that can help me out with my questions...feel free to post it. I tried searching but all I can find is turbo install info on T25 and T28 turbos. I'm planning to upgrade my turbo from a T25/T28 hybrid to T3/T04E by next month so right now I'm gathering all the major components for the upgrade. So far I have:
Protech Manifold
Tial 35mm Wastegate (coming in)
T3/T04E .63 A/R turbo (coming in)
turbo gasket and manifold gasket (OEM)
Going to reuse my current IC piping to make a new hotside IC piping for new turbo.

Things I still need to get:
3" Downpipe
300zxtt O2 sensor

I know that all (if not) T3/T04E turbos are only oiled cooled. So I know I will put my water lines back where they belong.

My questions are: Will I still be able to use the oil return/feed lines from my current T25 turbo on the T3/T04E turbo? Or do I need to replace all the lines to bigger lines? Can you point me out in the right direction into what lines I need to get?
If there is any other important info I'm forgetting please feel free to chime in. Thanks.

about the oil lines. If you have an ss oil line you will most likely need 1 or 2 fittings that go into the actual turbo itself. about the return line you will need an extended one. Personally I would upgrade the injectors while your doing the MAF upgrade. Good luck with your install and have a good one!

Are you going to upgrade your MAFS and injectors too? I think that your injectors will be at 100% duty cycle with that setup, if I'm not mistaken.

Edit: are you running a 3bar or 4bar fuel pressure? didnt read that.
you don't need the 300zx TT 02 sensor... Stock one will work just fine.

And many T3/T04E turbos DO have the water cooled center section... You can just take the water lines that go to your throttle body and reroute them to your turbo.

Well...I do have a BB O2 sensor. From my understanding I can't use BB O2 sensor with JWT ECU (from a regular NA DE). Anyone knows if the Turbonetics (FMAX stage 2) T3/T04E turbo is water cooled? If it is..I can just use the same lines that are on my T25..correct???

I'm going to be running the same setup DannySE99 (tuned by Andreas Miko) is running. From my understanding, his fuel management has never gave him any problems.
I'm going to be running 4 bar w/ 370cc injectors. I will be running 8 psi daily.

For the JWT ECU program, you will use a regular old USDM 02 sensor.

Regarding the Turbo, even if it DOES have a water cooled center section, you do not have to hook up the water unless it is a ball bearing turbo.

Just leave the water connections open to atmosphere. I ran like this on a plain old T3/T04E for over a year with no problems.
