Hey guys,

I have a friend who just recently installed a VE into his 95' 200sx SE-R. His mods are, PS header, 2.5 exhaust, PR CAI, and a JWT ECU with an R50 MAF. The car is perfect, the only problem he is having is that when he turns on his a/c his idle drops to approx. 550 rpms. Without the A/C on at idle, it runs at about 900rpms. Any ideas?? TIA.

one of the AC idle up valves are probably wired incorrectly. on a DE wiring harness, you have to swap the clips. or swap the aic valves themselves. what iac valves is he using? what wiring harness is he uising? answer some of those questions and i think we can help you out.

there's the whole deal...the spring was the problem figured it out when playing with a few other engines I have layin arround took them off and compared them and saw no spring on mine...so its now fixed idle = 1,000rpm w/ a/c on = 850-950rpm

its fine..thanks for the help. the VE is running great and strong im loving this **** feels like on NOS but N/A :D
