Fitting of the SR20DET is fairly straight forward as it bolts straight onto your FWD gearbox. Its sits in there same as the
DE so you can use your existing engine mounts.

The GTiR pulsar 170kw engine can be used although I hear that there's 2
bolts less holding the engine to the gearbox. Some worry and some
don't!
Its expensive to do but considered the ultimate conversion.

You will need the computer , loom and engine. Also perfoemance clutch
while you're at it.

Then install a new exhaust system from the turbo back

See the links for more info

check out (about sss pulsars but same as nx)

should sit in there same as the DE.

Yes the GtiR engine will bolt upto the gear box, but minus two bolts which is fine.

You would need the temperature sensor from your DE engine as the temp sensor that came with the engine is not calibrated with your temperature gauge. You will have 2 spares bolts after putting the gearbox back. I had to use my old Flywheel, side engine mounts are ok you may have to take some packing off the bottom engine support
beam.
Essentially any odds and ends (bolts) you can rip it off the old DE engine. I also use my old air con compressor because i know for
sure that it is working. well that's about it

It bolts straight in, you use your DE gearbox, you use the DET ECU, basically everything DET goes in.
You will need, new engine mounts(bushes), new exhaust, custom dump
pipe, etc. have look at the link below>

Hey Jason I just came across this posting and I was just curious on how your DET swap went. Im also thinking about doing one for my 93 Nx in a few months. So where did you get your engine and how much did it cost you? if you don't mind me asking.
Thanks

Well the swap is going along I haven't goten the chance to work on it in the past two weeks so its been really slow going, I purchased my engine from r390 sports out of california, the web site is below

http://nissan180.8k.com/index.html

The guy I spoke with is Karim he was very nice about eveything, egine came with everything, ecu, uncut harness, tranny, downpipe to the cat, shift linkage, cv axle thing,
and in the end I ended up paying a total of 3,375 dollars with shiping to my door. I would recomend Karim to anyone, he runs a good buisness, and he didn't try to B.S. me like some of the other places I called.

Hope this helped you some.
