Well let me start by saying thanks to all who tried to help out but in the end it was a small lil fubar on my part that was the problem I was laying in bed with the woman just haven receved a hummer with a clear mind I thought I wonder if I reversed the wires on the apexi S-ITC so I went out to check it and they were so I switched em back the way they were suppost to be and bam on the first turn of the key she came to life ,and it sounds f#$%ing nasty watch out SC fwd cars the compition just got alot stronger .

so what will have to be changed on the 94 b13 wiring to run the gtir engine?

duno I have never done a 94, but not much I would imagine should be the same as all the rest extend a few wires swap a plug or two and see what ya got

same thing..some wires will have to get extended..i even swapped a se into a gti-r once the used the 1.6 harness
