finally, my HS CAI came in the mail! looks like a sweet piece! i should be getting my apex'i speed/rev meter as well as my short shifter sometime in the next 2 weeks. i feel another mini meet comin on. what do you say guys?

cool.. i'm actually about 1 1/2 - 2 hours east of springfield. as far as a date for this thing, i'm not too sure now. things are a little tight for space at my place because of all the snow, so i might have to wait until it melts. i'm looking for a warm day to do this anyways. i'll let you guys know!

Now that we have all of MA in one place I could use some help. I am from Newton, MA. I want a nice seemless edge to edge tint job, 35%. I keep getting quoted $225. Does anyone know of a good place that does tint cheaper? My friend in FL got his car done beautifully for $130. Thanks.

Goddamn! where the hell do you guys get your tints? i live in Spfld, MA and i can get my tint done for like 100 bucks, perfectly done!
maybe even cheaper if i talk the guy down.
- just rite auto trim
- the tint shop
- mr. tint
- and a whole bunch others
if you are gonna pay that much call up some places here it might be worth the drive!

My roommate got his Jetta tinted with 20% for $150 at a place in Framingham. It is a pretty good job, IMHO. You might want to call a few places around there.

Thyere was i palce I went to in Chicopee that does all the tint including that "foil effect" stuff(not my thing, but it's your $) They are having some sort of special on it right now, like 100$ or so for a compact car.

Yeah, but think about that. Florida, where its sunny and hot year-round, of course theres gonna be more people getting tinted windows there, so of course itll be cheaper. Here in PA, the normal tint job costs bout 160-200 bucks.

you can go down to mexico and get your tint down all windows for 40-50 bucks.
