ok, I know there is a marking on the cam somewhere that tells you what it is? where is that? I got my cams, one cam said 3, one said 4, but both had IV on them. I wonder if I got the s4s instead of the s3s. oh well, if I did, I will get over it.

Let me chime in here......

Check the box and the packaging slip!!

If you have the s3's it will say 260/260 degree SR20 cam set, if you have the s4's it will say 268/268 degree SR20 cam set.

Also, the s3's have a .447 lift, the s4's have .460.

they were marked as the s3 cams, but was unsure. I should have the v/c off in about 2 hours or so.

I am going out right now for day two of the install. j/k
actually it took me about 2.5 hours taking my time, overly nervous about the whole thing, but it fired right up
the only problem I had was with the tentioner. I took it out instead of using the block o' wood trick that jwt says to, and had a little trouble getting the guide to line up, but with a little playing with it (actually, the hard part was getting to the bolts) and no big deal. next step is going to be the pullies, and the stereo. yaaaaaa, no more listening to my exhaust and wind noise.
