Don't **** around, this is your braking system. Buy the new one, probably a core charge, install is very easy. If you've been adding fluid, you shouldn't have to bleed the system. If you've allowed the fluid to ingest a pocket of air, than you're going to need to bleed the system. It doesn't take long before your pedal is against the floor but you're not stopping. With a leaking one, not even double pumping will work, hope yur e-brake works good, ad steer for the nearest bush (don't ask).

Ok I have a leaking master cylinder, are there rebuild kits available for it ?
And for a new one I just phoned a parts supplier and for a new part they want $305 cnd for it, which is 190 American. just wondering if there are alternatives to it ?
