Today during my lunch, I saw this riced out Toyota Tercel. At a closer glance I noticed the rear bumper had two huge cut-outs with mesh grille stuff. Im thinking that the wind resistance under the bumper might be the reason he did this. I have seen it before on a couple drag CRXs. Is there any proof that this works?

The guy with his neon r/t has holes like that in his rear bumper. This is because he removed the bumper support for weight reduction. I'd think the wind would rip it right off with out the holes. Kinda dangerous... He is running 13's with only bolt ons though..

I wish I had a digital camera. This Tercels bumper was really nice. Too bad it was wasted on the car. But, hey you never know, he might've had a turbo Starlet engine up in that bitch.
