The Advance bearings are pretty beefy. IIRC they are Federal Mogul. Just one comment though, I had the exact same problem on my se-r a few years back and it turned out to be the driver's side axle. My axle was fresh just like yours too, I chalked it up to a poor rebuild.

Just replace the bearing if your gonna do it, not the whole hub. Just remove the hub and take it to a machine shop with the new bearing and seals, they shouldn't have a problem with it. On my G20 when replacing a bearing one of the old journals had welded itself to the hub and I had to replace the whole hub ($40 from a junkyard), but I think thats pretty rare.

Point, I had forgotten that whole ford business.

Now I'm going through the fun of trying to hunt down a G20T axle, nobody carries them...
