just to start off i will say that this design was inspired by pro-tech, it is NOT for sale or production, only for my personal car, i tried to come up with my own design however there were too many obstructions and Protech fabrication perfected the fitment so i tried out their style. i will however make and sell log style manifolds.

the tubular is for my SR20, originally i made a log sytle but i said what the hell i might as well treat myself to a tubular =)

that thing is huge! I will be amazed if the hood shuts. Looks good though. I wish I had the resources to fab stuff up like that for my car.

well you are now amazed cuz my hood snuts no problem !
fwiw, get rid of ac and use a civic 1/2 length dual row rad, you will free up a lot of room and have more than adequate cooling ;)
yeah im thinking about it, just to free up space, but im thinkig of running the downpipe over the radiatror hose and down the fender well. and do a side exit exhaust, however, i just welded up my vrs 3 inch exhaust so it kind amakes it pointless. imma see what i can do. might just do 2.5 flared to 3inch downpipe. did you have to modify your radiator at all? or just re-run the radiator hoses and do hardpipes ?
Looks pretty good.

ya, i modded a PWR to fit. i used the stock nissan rad tabs to hold it and used some AL and t-bolt clamps for hardlines. it frees up a lot of space :D

That's why ProTech deserves the most respect in my eyes, their manifolds look like they had absolutely no difficulty to assemble.. we all know better though....its not an easy job by far...congrats on building something close to that though..i bet it was a good experience for you...
Tubular man! looks good :)
yeah protech is the ****!!! i loved my equal length manifold when i had it. there is pics of it on my car in the members section http://www.sr20forum.com/showthread.php?t=67388

but i will say your welding skills look to be very good. i wish i knew how to tig weld. it is a art in itself
