G'day guys,

I have a pinhole leak on the top heater hose (bypass hose?) In between the block and the firewall and its pissing coolant out, i figured the best way to attack it would be to take the intake manifold off but try as i might i cannot find a guide on removing the mani so i do apologize if it has been covered a million times.

Can anyone offer any insight as to the best plan of attack here? Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers!

When i get pin hole leaks in copper plumbing,I cut a piece of pushbike rubber tube and wrap it around over the hole , don't over lap it.Then just use a hose clamp,it works like a charm.I don't know if you can get at it or that it will work as good directly on the heater hose (nothing for hose clamp to really tighten on to) but use a good quality silicone glue as well.
