I'm running between .028-.030 gap on NGK BKR7E. I do have MSD and Blaster 2 Coil to go with my ignition system.

Thank every one for thier reply, but can anyone tell me the difference
between bkr5e1x-11 iridium and bkre7e,I know heat range is a vital factor for any turbo app.

if you want plugs that run really cool you should look into finding some copper plugs. only problems are they are kinda expensive and they dont last very long. but they are worth it if your running high boost. those iridium plugs are nice plugs also. they tend to run cooler than a regular plug

$1.50 per plug is not expensive. Which is what BKR7 and 6 plugs (copper) go for these days.

You are correct they do not last long. They also need to be checked more frequently.
