OH geez. Just got my dad's 'Modified Magazine' in today. First thing I noticed was a badass TT350Z. Then, flippin through...cool, a RX-7...wait. Sr20Powered? OMG...Why don't people just buy Nissans.
Anyway, scanner doesn't work so I can't upload the pics. But it was a RedTop into a 93seven.
After reading the article...I can see why after FOUR FD REBUILDS...you'd want a different powerplant. Also...yeah, he's a Honda guy in Tallahassee FL.
I've seen that car a few times. Last I saw it was 3-4 weeks ago and he'd just put in a Viper transmission. I think he said he'd been through 3-4 Nissan trannies.
A Viper tranny? They use a T56, how the hell are you going to use that on an SR? Even with a custom bell housing it is just too massive for one... I am calling BS on the tranny part.

Not saying the car sucks. Like I said...I can see why he'd switch motors. But I still would have just got a 240. And the thing about him being a Honda guy...that was just like. Oh, figured. No big deal. Geesh, people got to say **** about everything I have to say, huh. Welcome to the bandwagon.
