i think this link may be helpful, i not sure how accurate it is, but the moderator might want to make it a sticky in this forum. it calculates, according to the fuel jet size, nitrous pressure and fuel pressure the amount of hp that jet makes.

i think it is mainly for NOS brands, but it maybe helpful for others.

That is a good find! It appears to give flywheel horsepower added. So to get wheel hp added just multiply hp by .15 then subtract that number from the original hp. For example a 57 jet is an NX 125 jet. That gave me 147hp on the calculator.
147hp x .15 = 22.05hp
147hp - 22.05hp = 124.95 wheel horsepower.

Or multiply by 0.85 :)
