Gents,

Question... it seems as of recent when I turn on my air sitting at a stop light my car idles real low and pings/knocks.. if I turn off the A/C the car idles normal and all seems good... I've done alot of cleaning and replaceing to make sure for good sound running just gotta tackle this little prob..

Any ideas?

I have thwe same problem when my idle drop to like 500 or 600 rpm!!

If someone knows what is happening, please help us !!

Yeah ive got a similar prob with the a/c the revs drop at idle and i get a weird groan/whining sound that had me worried but im just putting it down to the operation of the a/c, can anyone prove me wrong cos im starting to worry about it again

I'm not sure if this is relevant but I believe there is a setting for idle control that activates when the air con or power steering is used. Maybe this needs adjusting?

check your MAF and TPS voltages and adjust(TPS) or reground(MAF).... that might help out a bit... sounds like the trigger isnt telling the car to rev higher when the A/c is turned on
