After having my valve cover coated I have notice a significant
increase in oil consumption. My understanding, from reading the SE-R
List archives, is that there is supposed to be a "brush" somewhere
between the valve cover and the oil separator that is really an oil
mist/air separator. Where does this go? Is it available as a
separate part? Can I install it without removing the valve cover?
Also while researching in the archives, I came across a reference to
a "breather filter":
"For those doing this, you can use Deutsche "breather filter" #BF404,
available at Autozone, on the hose that goes from the oil separator
to the stock airbox. This was Jim's advice, but I thought I'd share
the part number while I had the box sitting here. By the way, this
part is about $2.00.
What exactly does this piece do. Would it be used with a PR CAI? If
