1. Yes.
2. Does the ecu already have the cam program? 1 is still yes. I agree with Andrew's price. If it has the program its less than 1 year old, right? Its not like it wears out.
3. Again, it really doesn't wear. As long as the install/removal is well done (don't drop it
). But with S4s being readily available and the C series cams coming out, the resale price of the S3s should start dropping. <$350

Thanks Andrew, and Jacen. Jacen, you responded as I was typing the original message. I was and am considering offering $550 - $600 for the pair.

Any other opinions on fair prices for the above mentioned used JWT ECU & used S3 cams?

CB

Does the ECU have the cam program? If it doesn't, I'll trade you ECUs. I was given a S3/S4 ECU, but I don't have the cams. I'll trade out right.

Well I really don't know about the cost on the parts but I need a JWT with that program DESPERATELY. I have cash on hand if anyone is willing to sell one. I need the s3 program. If anyone is interested please let me know. [email protected]

I have a friend who is parting out his 96 200SX. Questions:

1. Will his 96 JWT modified ECU work with my OBDII 98(both are SR's)?

2. If so, what is a fair price for the ECU with S3 cams program?

3. What is a fair price for a pair of S3 cams with 20,000 miles on them?

Thank you for your input.

Yes, it will work with some modification to the wiring and other stuff. JWT does not have a '98+ specific ECU program yet. Here's a link to the directions:

Well... if you're looking to get a new JWT ECU, there is no price difference between the standard program and the S3/S4 cam program. However, if you already have a JWT ECU with the standard program, I believe JWT will upgrade it to the S3/S4 cam program for $100. Now, if you're looking for a used JWT ECU, pay no more than $350-$400 (in my opinion, of course.)

$300-$350 (In my opinion, of course! What I would pay for a used set of JWT cams.)
