man, these guys are slow, and when I called them for a tracking # wholly ****. the guy I talked to said that it probably went out and I should get it soon. I really hope I get these soon. I have my springs all ready, just ready for my struts. I might never buy anything from these guys again b/c their customer service is ass. those guys (at least the one I talked too, the guy that does all of the internet shipping is a total bonehead) sorry for my rambling tonight, not in a good mood. need my arizona irritability tea.
called them on friday, and talked to another guy. total asshole too. he told me that I could not get a tracking # b/c they did not have access to getting one. total bull ****. he did tell me that it was shipped out on the 7th, about 10 days after I had placed my order and I should get it early next week. poor, poor, poor customer service. I would never, ever, ever, order anything from these guys. sorry for saying this but that place is full of new jersey assholes, and I am surprised at how they stay open. it might be just me that is getting poor service, I may catch them on bad days, I don't know, I just hope they are not screwing with me and feeding me some b/s to get me off of the phone. oh, and the funny thing is I asked them about e-mailing me my tracking # and they said that they do not do that, but they use ups, and ups has a system in there that will do that. takes two min. and I use it all day long. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Glad to hear you got your stuff. Just thought I'd say that I had a great experience with PST. I ordered my AGX's over the phone, when I called they were supposed to be on back-order. Needless to say I was really surprised when they were on my door step a week later! Maybe it's just the internet guys who have crappy customer service skills. BTW how you liking those AGX's so far?
