has anybody else had trouble with place racing? I know alot of people have said they have on the mailing list, but have any of you had trouble. here is the story. last thursday (8 days ago) we ordered (a few friends from work) 3 place intakes one for a j30 max, one for a a32 max, and my car. anyways, we call them 5 days later (tuesday) and tried to get a tracking #, they kind of gave us the runaround, but said we should get it on wed, like they initially said. anyways, we give them a call on wed afternoon and were like wtf? they said that they went out monday, even though they said that they went out friday, like they told us on tuesday. anyways, just to save their a$$, they told us "just incase we did not get those out to you on monday, we will give you 2 day service" anyways, we get the intakes today, look good, real nice, everything is in the kits, but 2 out of 3 were wrong. mine was for a 95-97 model and the other guy needed one for a 97+ and they sent it out for a 95-96 model. anyways, we called them, let them know about it (nicely) and told them we would send back the two wrong ones w/ notes to correct the problems. we will see how they can save their reputation (for me personally, and a few other co workers) and see when we get those intakes in. kinda disapointing b/c we were wanting those in aaaaaaaa let me see, Wed night?

Sometimes old topics need to be brought up to keep motherfathers back to earth.
now just add the pop to the CAI but you'll have to cut about an inch and a half from the bottom of CAI pipe to make it fit. this cai with pop netted 8 hp in mike kojima's article many moons ago. plus the nos sounds sweet with the pop on the CAI.

would anyone be interested in buying a CAI -filter + MAF adapter plate? it doesen't look the best...

Just like to say that I think the PR has a better fit than HS, mainly because of the MAF housing. The HS requires you to mount the MAF inside the CAI, while the PR uses the stock housing. I think it makes for a much neater install.
