megan racing....its good quality very cheap.....good exhaust if u dont mind it being loud
im running a greddy sp. other than the 5 inch tip, i dont have many complaints. its kinda loud but sounds nice. id like something slightly quieter but i can live with it. i love the fitment. i cant stand mufflers that hang low. it tucks up in there nicely. i got it from horsepowerfreaks.com. that was the cheapest i found. like $450 i think i paid.
topspeed 2.25 inch stainless steel
I'm using a courtesy b-pipe, which is basically 2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel. Then I'm using a magnaflow 2.5" inlet/outlet race series muffler.

......
......

Yeah, It's loud! :)

courtesy b-pipe here w/2.25 in/out magnaflow-not too loud. quieter than the greedy sp i used to have:)
Does courtesy still sell their B pipe?
don't know. i may be mistaking but isn't the top speed and the courtesy unit the same thing?

yes, i think it is
I have a magnaflow with custom "2.25 piping w/ no resinator. it is VERY loud  I'm very happy with the sound and definately performance, I may eventually put in a resinator though...

I get a lot of compliments on how much it suits the 200sx. Very clean.

Dang, I like that!
megan racing also, i got mine for 165 "used" on ebay, it was brand new, my only complaint is the muffler is a little to far to the left in the cut out, but for the price, its a high quality peice, and it makes my car sound like a wrx with an exhaust haha...
Stock piping and a eBay N1-style muffler w/ silencer. I'll eventually get another one, but do the piping the right way and use a resonator.

For a cheap eBay muffler & stock piping, it's not loud at all and it's looks pretty good...
2.25" custom with Magnaflow.. deep and no chainsaw sound. I like it.
Stock cat > stock B-pipe > no muffler...

Its really loud, raspy, and back fires alot..... I love it! :D

After running open header for 3 months, stock was wierd, and because I'm a ricer, I just took the muffler off.

marcus's car is too loud for me...

i am currently running a obx ss header and stock b pipe.

thinking about getting custom 2.5" to muffler...maybe dynomax super turbo? i really don't know what muffler to go with. I don't want it stock, but i don't want it to sound ricey.

Thats probably what I'll end up doing and just fitting in a couple of glass packs or something, and a small 2.5in tip painted black.

Don't get the Super Turbo, it has no internal packing... its a traditional "turbo" style muffler can which will have that ricey metallic sound. You want a perforated core straight through design preferrably with stainless steel wool packing. The Dynomax Ultra Flow or Magnaflow are this design and are pretty cheap. They're perfect for custom systems. The other good thing about custom is usually they are cheaper than name brands and the noise level is really up to you. If you want quiet, get the longest muffler you can fit and longest resonator (mine is 24").

You could even buy one of these mufflers for now and have a shop fab up a pipe to bolt to your stock b pipe... see how you like the sound and get the rest done then if you want later on.
