well, i wa working on my car and my cell phone rang. i started talking on the phone and not paying attention what was going on i accidentally crossed the battery terminals for a second. the horn started going off and the lights came on and pulled the cables away. i connect the battery correctly and now nothing works. my window, lights, gauges, horn, everything electrical isnt working. what did i probably **** up? did i blow my breakers? relays? ECU? where do i start? thanks guys

Probably blew the fusible link, or killed the battery.
