Hey guys, I installed my roof antenna last night. I posted pics on my website just like I promised I would. I made sure I took close up pictures also b/c when I was looking for an example I couldn't find any close pictures. Enjoy them! The install took about an hr and a half. Not to hard, it was pretty much self explanitory. The antenna was bought from audoban designs on their website. I have an extra 6' extension for the antenna cable if anyone wants or needs it. Looks pretty cool. Are you suppose to get better radio reception with the antenna mounted on the roof? I get virtually no reception in my car, so if this helps I might consider it. How much did the antenna kit cost?

I dunno if I get better reception or not, I don't really listen to the radio much. the kit cost me something like 60 bux fraom a place called audobon designs.

did it require just one hole drilled and then mount the antennae? where did you run the new antennae cable? thru the headliner?

looks nice. i think it would look good on my 2k. i have been contemplating doing it anyway strictly for aesthics. i like the euro look but couldn't afford an S4.

I'd like to thank you for the flames. I love them. The muffler: Sticks out a little much, Im getting that fixed. The antenna: I like it, basically if you don't then **** you don't do it to your car. My car my opinion. Thanks for the input. For anyone who wants to know about the install of the antenna, I will be doing a write-up for SOLM. Thanks.

So what did you do with the stock antenna? Left it? hole in fender? body filler?

I will be shaving the stock hole. Body filler, paint, etc. It should look good when I am done. I will be doing the SOLM write up after that is done.

What the hell kind of muffler is that? It looks like it sticks about a foot out of the ass end.
