ALright, I have been up all night searching the world-wide-web for the cheapest and best headers and pulleys. The wife is bitchin' at me to come to bed and I'm fustrated!! ahhhh!
If someone could tell me where to get the hotshot header and the underdrive pulleys for cheap, I would appreciate it.

Import Parts Plus http://www.importpartsplus.com/ has the HS for $418, and I got the underdrive pulleys from Courtesy http://www.courtesynissan.com/ .

Red, there was a guy selling the 2 pulley Unorthodox Set on the SE-R net classifeds for like $120 dont know on the Header though.

have you tride www.summit.com? or www.jegs.com. Worth a shot. Retail listing on the Hotshotis $425.... AEBS low hang headers are $450..... Stillen (grrrr) lists for $400..... the AEBS has the best power overall, but if the car is too low it will hit park stops etc... Hotshot is second best. great header though.

Are you sure? Cause thats REALLY cheap. I'd be suprised if their still selling them at that price.

BTW, I got my pulleys for $199 from Courtesy including the new belts you need.

Yeah really. The Hotshot IMO is still the best.

RPW has had the AEBS for only a couple months and it's already dented. Not worth the extra few HP, always having to worry about ruining your header by hitting rocks, dead animals, etc.

BTW, don't get the Stillen either because it doesnt make the same amount of HP the Hotshot does. If there was no Hotshot then then the Stillen would be a fine choice, but Hotshots are around

Hey, they're the most popular SR20 header for a reason.....

i just bought the 1st generation hotshot header for 30 bucks, how is that header btw? anyone know the power difference, not compared to the 3rd generation, i want to know the difference from it being stock!

Yop. The AEBS hangs so low, that on a lowered SE-R you will dent it by hitting medium sized dead animals like Racoons, large rabbits, etc...

Wow $30 bucks! Thats a killer deal. It doesn't make all that much HP but it's surely worth that much.

The HS G1 probably makes like 4-6hp over stock. But the HS G3 makes like 10hp

I know Courtesy is running a deal right now for the 2 pulley set for $209 with the belts.

Yup, that price from Versus is right. And that's for the newest HS header (what is it, the Gen 4?). The one that's port-matched. I know it sounds way too low, but that's what they sell them for. And yea, they're still selling them for that price, and no, they aren't going out of business

I'm just hoping that no one that reads this BB (two people in particular) get pissed off at me for getting you to buy from Versus. Versus' # is 602-242-1271. When you call, pay VERY close attention because the dude is Asian and he speaks VERY fast and it's sometimes hard to understand.

I just called them and they no longer carry perforance parts. The deal with kits and lighting for now. Got me but I want a deal like that otherwise I will not buy headers....

Peter, did you call Versus? I just got off the phone with them and they told me they could get the HS. I even asked for an ACT clutch for a '94 Sentra (just to make sure for you) and he said he had one in stock for $259. So, I'm not sure who you talked to, but someone gave you some wrong info (if you were talking about Versus in your original message; if not, disregard all of this

). If you call again and they tell you the same thing, I could probably go down and pick up a header for you (I'm gonna go down that way anyway) and send it to you (that is if they keep telling you they don't carry performance stuff). Let me know....

Does anyone know the difference between the Hotshot G3 and G4? AFAIK the G4 only makes like 2hp over the G3. Does it have a better coating? My 6 months old hotshot is rusting.
