If you have a GTI-R mani. you will have to go with the T-28.

Not really, since the T28 is a T25 turbine with a T3 compressor, the T25 will bolt up to a GTi-R manifold. I don't mean to sound like an ass, but I've seen it done.

Yup that will work. Their is a small diffrence getting the t28 to fit on the BB DET mani tho. The compressor housing needs to be ground down in one spot(cuz its a t3 housing). So fitting a t25 on the GTI-R mani should be a bolt on deal.

Chris @ SR20 development might be able to get you one. I know he had a mani a while back because I asked him about it.

Hey guys (and gals) does anyone know a reliable source for used (or even new or rebuilt) T25s or T28s? I'm looking for something to bolt up to a GTi-R manifold. Preferebly a T28, but I guess a T25 wouldn't be bad either. Any suggestions...?
