What's the best plug to use with NOS?

I know that you'll run through them quicker so what's the best bang for buck for the shortened life?

What is your jet? Lets say 60.... you need to drop a heat rang. Stick with NGKs, nothing else works well on SR20DEs. If your doing Platinums try a PFR6B-11 and a BKR7E for standard normal ones. The factory may have changd the name a bit but not the heat range number. You may have to keep the gap within the low factory specs (32-35 factory rang) because of the higher compression. Otherwise you might start missing with a big gap. Going through plugs is fun, but if you do not drop your heat range you made start eating tips off the plug (as 2 of my 75 jetted friends did) and if that gets stuck in a valve.... Fun rebuild. Do you have a Fuel pressure controler?

gap to a .28 and run a heat range 6 with a 50-75 shot. nissan part # 22401-20j06 is the 6 non platinum. use these b/c they are cheap and you will go through alot of them tuning, running, ect.

I ran the BKR7E Non Platinum NGK Plugs with much success. These are pregapped to .032" . Gappe dthem between .028" - .030". You should be fine with these especilly with the summer coming!
