Spring Rate questions also

Hey sup again... Im also lookin into a decent spring rate for road course/SCCA and drag too. Ive heard that 350/300 is pretty good, but im not really really sure. And also, if you guys post what handles good, post how it rides too. But is also a favortie set-up or the best handling set-up??
