I've never greased the bushings before so I don't know the best and/or easiset way to do so. Also what's the best thing to use for this problem?
Squeaking aftermarket bushings

Well there isn't any easy way that I can think of. You'll have to remove the bushings and grease them with the water proof silicone grease.
