Sr20det won’t restart after stall.

My sr has been having problems starting for a while and I’ve recently got it mostly sorted out. It will start fine normally, hot and cold. But if the car stalls from letting the rpms fall occasionally or just messing up getting moving it will not restart unless I pop the clutch. Originally it was from running to rich due to the z32 maf not being tuned into the car. It has been tuned since but it still isn’t starting if stalled. If anyone has any ideas what it could be any help would be greatly appreciated. I will attach a mod list below.
