Yeah, I installed them myself. It was pretty easy, a lot more than I had thought. I got the only gasket that I was told to use with the aftermarkets, Mr. Gasket Copper, from Acceleration Plus. It was like $25. I would use new header nuts and yokes/washers, definitely, you may be able to get by with using the original studs. It all depends on what condition yours are in. My studs looked great plus I only have 59,000 miles. Just be prepared to fight the 2 cat nuts that bolt to the secondary pipe, they were a bitch to me! Everything else went smooth, be sure to clean the old gasket off the head if you have any residue on it after pulling it off. I used a fine wire brush, of course I plugged the exhaust holes. If you ahve access to compressed air, shoot the entire thing once you have removed the old gasket material so the new copper gasket will have a flush surface to seat against. Thats pretty much it, as far as any thing I ran into. Good luck!
