Just go to Autozone and get a new Bosch one. $60 or so. I don't know why you would want to use a used one.
do the bosch ones last longer? I'll probably end up doing this.
The Bosch ones are the same as the OEM ones just in a Bosch box instead of Nissan. Only thing different about the two is that I'm almost positive you'll pay half for the Bosch one at Autozone compared to the "Nissan" one from the dealer.

They are the same sensor. Get it at Autozone and call it a day.
