I just got my swap done last night. For some reason my fans aren't activating. Both sides are plugged in. I removed the Air conditioning. Is there something on the A/C that still needs to be connected for the fans to work?

Also my odometer isn't working for some reason. :(

Perform the following:

1. Check that the Temperature Sensor on the passenger side (next to the oil filter) is plugged in.
2. Check for blown fuse (inside fuse box)
3. Check the Fan relays (under the hood)

One of these should fix your problem. Most of the time, its #1 above.
Good Luck,
Scotty

Thanks. I did a search yesterday and figured out it was the smaller coolant sensor. Luckily I had one from the old motor that worked good. :biggthump

Yep.. Figured the sensor was the problem. (temp sensor = coolant sensor)
But, Ive also seen the fuse & relay problems as well.

Glad to see your problem is fixed. This sensor is a PITA to install. You must use a crows-foot and small hands help...
