Hey gang:

For the standard JWT ECU program, should timing be left at 15 or can I up it to 17? It ahs the standard 92 octane program so I figure a sooner spark for a longer burn would be just that much better but I'm no expert, thats why I am asking! Please let me know soon, I plan on runnign at Ohio Valley again on Wednesday and want to pull all the advantages I can out of her! :D TIA!

Some say 17 is OK. I personally wouldn't push it. The guy that I bought my JWT ECU from burned up his engine from 17 degrees. But it was an NX, which we know has less airflow to the radiator than the Classic. So he might have just overheated it, I dunno. In any event, I just set mine to 15. That and 93 octane should keep it nice and safe.
