Does anybody know where i would find specs/features on a tomei ecu that came in my car???

Thanks man,although i couldn't find the part number under the ones listed?
honestly....its hard to find out. ive seen many ecu's...ive been to calum's house. and he has had a tomei and a mines... finding out what tune is on it is next to impossible. you can pull the code and sorta get an idea. but without a spec sheet id say you'd have an impossible time finding out what is on it

Hmmm.... its looking that way alright.Here in Ireland we crappy 95 octane but this ecu would be mappede for a 100 seen as it came from Japan.Im hoping it can be remapped for 95 as it would be a shame to ditch a nice piece of equipment.
seriously its not that great of a piece. having seen a few at calum's and knowing he had one or two in his hands along with mine's and a few others...its hardly worth the purchase of one. The tomei rom is actualy pretty nice, but until you pull the rom off and dork with it to make it safe...its not worth it.
as for reburning it, they arent removable roms, and no provisions to flash them. so it would be a removal of the daughterboard or unsoldering the roms. unless its the other ecu, which is a smaller housing then its all on the board and even less chance of it being changed.
you can buy a calumsult ecu for next to nothing, and now with the realtime being out, its one of the best options. now what you did with the rom off that tomei.....i wont really say

Well, there is no such thing. You are never going to get specs/features for a Tomei ECU. The best you could hope for would be to fiund out what engine it was built for... but you already know this since it is in your car!!!
Have someone with a Consult cable read the code in the ecu. Then look around and you will have more info than you can digest.
PS. And when you do that, send me the binary of the code via email!
