tranning cable??

My Fockin cable snap off on my two time. This is the second time. The first tym I had to paid the shop $120 for it and two weeks later it broke off. Shift...Damn but My question is: Can I use the G20 cable instead of the Sentra's??? I jusy bought one from Infiniti dealer today for $35. Nissan Wants $55.. Cause from what I know G20 and Se-R use most of the same equipment. So If anyone Know Please help.. My car been having problem every since I swap it with the u12..
