WOW!!! another auto classic. Im amazed you are only the 3rd that I have talked to counting myself. Welcome

As for fluid, I cant remember for the life of me and the hanes is out in the car. I will look it up and post it soon. Or just go grab you a hanes, think its in the owners manual too.

Brake fluid, well most people around here recomend the expensive racing fluid. I felt that I didnt need 6 dollars a pint Motul 600. So I went to walmart and grabed a quart of the valvoline syntec fluid, think its in a new bottle now, but its like a bronze type color bottle. Its good stuff, has as high, or higher cant remember, boiling point than Motul. Its dirt cheap, a quart was like 3 bucks or 5 bucks. I used a whole quart flushing out the brake lines on my car. Really helped the peddle feel too, even tho im dieing for the braided brake lines. Get you and one or two of your other friends and spend about an hour doing it, not that bad, i recomend an empty pepsi 2 liter bottle to drain into, so you can see the fluid coming out and its big enough to hold all the old and new fluid. I figure with the fluid that cheap I can change it every year or so and not be in for a big hit on the wallet. Get one of the bleeder kits unless you can get your hands on a clear tube for cheaper, clear tube really helps it.

What year is your classic? 93 or 94? What all have you done, plan to do, or stuff like that.

I have a '93 Classic with 66000 miles (and it's Aztech Red too!) I haven't really done anything to it, but in the next week or so I'm ordering the AGXs and probably Eibach's Pro Kit springs. Trying to figure out whether or not to add the Control Arm and stuff like that and how much it'll cost. Idon't race or anything, but I figure since I'm having the stuff done might as well do it all at once. Thanks for the input!

Whats up man. I've got a 93 too. But it has 124,00 miles on it. Wanna trade? How much did you pay for that holy classic. But then again I put a 91 SR20 in mine. Let me know how much you are going to pay for the Struts/Springs. I wanna to the same thing, but the AGXs look expensive. I don't know.

93 SE-R with 91 SR20DE. When you're driving an SE-R, you're living. Everything else is just waiting.

Thinkin of suspension....

(This is actually Lamchop, but from my account at home) I paid about $11K in '95 for my '93 Classic and it only had 7K on it then. Seems that a cop bought it from the dealership, gave it to his wife -who rarely drove it- and when they divorced he sold it back to the dealership. So they have a great record on where its been and all that. I'm expecting to pay about $370 - $390 for the AGXs (check out www.p-s-t.com), I emailed them and they said they do have it for a '93, regardless of the site saying only for '95+. The Eibach's should be about $180 - $200, if I can get a good deal. I don't think I'll want to trade anytime soon, since I'm now plunking all this money into it,
And yes, it's an auto, but that's just means less shifting on these SF hills and mountains day after day, week after week, moth after month...
